Our ISABIWORK training enables women and girls in Delta State to master local crafts of their choice, launching businesses that build family prosperity.
Building Independence
Our trainees choose vocational paths aligned with their passions, local opportunities, and market demand in Nigeria — empowering women and girls with practical skills, business confidence, and economic independence.
ISABIWORK is an intensive vocational training program designed for immediate market entry. We empower women and girls through practical training in tailoring, catering, hair styling, entrepreneurship, agriculture, and other local crafts that create sustainable income opportunities and long-term independence.
Beyond technical skills, participants receive guidance in entrepreneurship, marketing, financial literacy, and business planning. We also facilitate access to funding opportunities and startup support, helping women transform their talents into thriving local enterprises.
The long-term goal of ISABIWORK is community-wide prosperity. By establishing their own businesses, graduates become employers of labour within their communities, creating jobs, supporting families, and contributing to shared economic growth across Delta State and beyond.
